Considering the fact that our customers are spread all across the globe, we give utmost importance to packaging and transportation. Based on customer's requirement and needs, our company offers customized packaging and delivery solutions, as a result of which the products are delivered on time maintaining transit safety. Keeping customer satisfaction and product safety in mind, we are equipped with capacious warehouses & packaging unit that facilitates the storage of large volume stock to meet all kinds of demand.

We undergo the following in our entire packaging process:

Shipment
The whole process and material used for packaging by our company provides durability to the product while being stored and transported. Once the product is fully packed and stored in warehouse, it is also ready for shipment. We ensure that the consignment is safely delivered at the final destination within the specified time period.

Each and every product, starting from the designing to making to finishing and ultimately packing undergoes several quality checks before they are finally delivered to the customers.

Quality Checks Undertaken
Quality management of our company is conducted in accordance with international standards. Strict quality control is carried out from the very beginning.

Procurement of raw materials: All raw materials right from the metal to other equipment are sourced from reliable sources, which have a long tradition of supplying good quality stuff to our company.

Sampling & Designing: We design samples of the products to be manufactured that are approved by our management team and our customers. We make use of advanced techniques in our sampling and designing of the products.

Manufacturing: We possess superior quality machines which are used in making the products in different shapes and sizes.

Packing

We have different packing solutions for different products.

Each product category has individual cartons depending upon its shape & size that facilitates accommodation of the item & provide intensive care & safety to the products.
Generally each individual piece when completely done with cleaning checking it is shifted to our packaging unit where it is packed in a poly bag, then placed/kept in bigger cartons & sealed. Whereas for small articles after going through thorough checking each packed piece is then put into small cartons or inner box. The sets are then packed in bigger cartons and sealed. The best quality sheets are used in the making of cartons. We make sure that the individual packing products are finally kept inside these boxes for bulk deliveries that also enable easy mobility as well.

Warehousing

Guts & Glory Leathers has large sized storing facility to store their product line to prevent the products from dust; stains; cracking or other adversaries due to moisture and improper handling. Our company''s streamlined storage process with proper labeled sections for each product category facilitates in easy inventory management and dispatch of the products at the final destination.
