for waterproof breathable rugs

we make turnout rugs on 600 denier, 1200 denier and 1680 denier waterproof breathable rugs, 600d and 1200d are ripstop while 1680 is oxfor weave. These fabric have pu coating on inside which is hydrophillic(water loving) in nature which draws excess sweat and moisture to it. Temperature differences between the air inside and outside the rug/blanket then force moisture outwards. Breath ability the MVT( molar value transmission) is measure in GMS/m2/24 horses. Higher the MVT value more breathable the fabric is.

the waterproofing and breath ability of these fabric ranges from 3000-5000 mm and 3000 MVT– 8000 MVT.

lining is mainly poly/cotton commonly know as swiss cotton. We also make turnout rug with fleece lining. If we are using fleece lining then we cannot use any filler

filler used in these turout rugs are mainly synthetic which are from 100 GSMto 400 GSM
